Welcome to Dallas Production Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Services Description

Dallas Production Services LLC provides event production services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including but not limited to:

  • Two-way radio rentals and communications equipment
  • Event staffing (stagehands, production assistants, ushers, managers)
  • Concert and live event production (audio, lighting, video, staging)
  • Church production services (AVL design, livestream, volunteer training)
  • Equipment rentals (audio systems, lighting, video, staging components)

Service availability, pricing, and specific terms may vary based on event requirements, location, and scheduling. All services are subject to equipment and personnel availability at the time of booking.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Dallas Production Services are estimates based on the information you provide at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on changes to event scope, venue requirements, additional equipment needs, or extended service hours. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if event specifications change materially from the original quote. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement (if applicable) and any required deposit. Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • 30+ days before event: Full refund of deposit, minus any administrative fees.
  • 14-29 days before event: 50% of deposit is refundable.
  • Less than 14 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Day-of cancellation or no-show: Full payment is due.

Dallas Production Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Equipment Rental Terms

When renting equipment from Dallas Production Services, the following terms apply:

  • Condition: All equipment is provided in good working condition and tested prior to delivery. You are responsible for inspecting equipment upon receipt and reporting any issues immediately.
  • Liability for Damage: You are responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of rented equipment while it is in your possession or at your event site, except for normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at current market value.
  • Prohibited Use: Equipment may not be sublet, loaned to third parties, or used for purposes other than those specified in the rental agreement without prior written consent.
  • Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted) by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional daily rental charges.
  • Setup and Operation: For equipment that requires professional setup (e.g., staging, rigging, large audio systems), only Dallas Production Services personnel or approved operators may install and operate the equipment.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to SMS communications through our website forms, you agree to the following:

  • Transactional Messages: If you opt in to transactional SMS, you will receive text messages related to your service request, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service updates.
  • Marketing Messages: If you separately opt in to marketing SMS, you may receive promotional messages including special offers and updates. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly.
  • Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dallas Production Services LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dallas Production Services LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) damage to rented equipment caused by your negligence or misuse; or (e) any claim by a third party related to your event or use of our services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dallas Production Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
