Equipment Rental Questions

Yes, we offer dry-hire equipment rentals for teams with their own technical staff. You can pick up from our Flower Mound location or have us deliver to your venue without setup services. All equipment ships with operating guides, cables, and necessary accessories. For complex systems like line arrays or video walls, we recommend at least having our team handle the initial setup and hand off to your operators, but this is not required.

Our standard delivery area covers the entire DFW Metroplex, approximately 9,000 square miles from Denton to Waxahachie and from Weatherford to Mesquite. Free delivery is included within 30 miles of our Flower Mound location. Beyond the Metroplex, we can deliver to venues across North Texas with a mileage-based delivery fee. For events in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Oklahoma, contact us for long-distance pricing and availability.

Our inventory includes professional-grade equipment from industry-standard manufacturers. Audio: JBL, QSC, Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Shure, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica. Lighting: Chauvet, ADJ, ETC, Martin. Video: ROE Visual, Absen, Blackmagic Design, Panasonic. Staging: StageRight, Biljax. We select equipment based on reliability, rider compatibility, and serviceability, which is why you will find the same brands used on major tours and permanent installations.

That is exactly what our consultation process is for. Tell us about your event type, venue, audience size, and what you are trying to achieve. We will recommend a specific equipment list with quantities and specifications. If you want, we can visit your venue to assess the space, power availability, rigging points, and acoustics before building your quote. There is no charge for the consultation or the quote, and we are happy to explain why we are recommending each item.

We require a credit card on file for all rentals, but we do not charge a separate damage deposit. Normal wear and tear during proper event use is covered. Optional damage waiver insurance is available at a percentage of the rental total, which covers accidental damage up to a specified limit. Lost or stolen equipment and damage from negligence, weather exposure (for indoor-rated gear used outdoors), or unauthorized modifications are billed at fair replacement cost. All terms are clearly outlined in the rental agreement before you sign.
